Here’s How We’re Stopping the Spread
SOCIAL DISTANCING AT ALL LOCATIONS
All of our locations offer patio and outdoor seating. Guests are separated by six feet, and dine-in capacity is reduced.
PREVENTATIVE SHEILDS
Each El Pueblo Location is prepped with large preventative shields to assist in crew-to-customer social distancing.
DAILY WELLNESS CHECKS
Every employee at El Pueblo is scanned for symptoms daily and required to have temperatures taken before each shift. We are committed to assuring our employees and customers are healthy, and safe.
SANITIZING HIGH CONTACT AREAS
Our crew is staying on top of COVID-19 by sanitizing all high contact areas, including seating and indoor operatives.
MASKS REQUIRED
Our customers and team members are required at all times to wear a face mask at all times.
HAND WASHING AND SANITIZING STATIONS
In each of our locations, we have placed a hand sanitizing station for customers and crew. Hand washing stations are additionally available per location. Crew members are required to wash their hands every 30 minutes, especially when working with any contact surfaces.
COOKING IN SMALL BATCHES
Our food is prepared in small batches in order to preserve flavor, quality, and most importantly, to protect against COVID-19 transmission. Cooking in small batches assures keeping precise control over customer safety.
DELIVERY AND CALL-IN ENCOURAGED
El Pueblo offers contactless delivery through DoorDash, as well as the option to call in an order in advance. We encourage customers to use these services to assist in social distancing.
